Creating a Solid Data Strategy for Belgian government

Background

We have created a clear vision over CRM strategy & internal data structure during this 2-day

discovery workshop.

Challenge

The different departments of the Province of Antwerp were all collecting user data and sending out newsletters and transactional communication per email. There was no clear overview of the CRM and data strategy and no shared guidelines.

Methodology

During a 2-day workshop, we defined communication objectives, communication persona and defined the journey and the general data strategy.

Results

After our CRM discovery workshop, the Province of Antwerp found a clear vision on how to structure their data. Allowing them to connect all data sources necessary to sustain the business and community.

We have also provided a clear guideline for everyone working with the data and CRM.
